Limited Warranty for Nuun Official™
This Limited Warranty applies to Nuun Official products purchased from https://www.nuunofficial.com and Nuun Official authorized retailer shops.
What does this limited warranty cover?
During the Warranty Period, Nuun Official will repair or replace, at free of charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship upon out of the box purchase.
What will we do to correct problems?
In case of a valid Warranty claim, we will either repair the Product at no cost, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
We may refund the purchase price if repair or replacement is not commercially reasonable.

How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Nuun Official is 24 months from the date of purchase. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 24 months from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover are the following:
- This Warranty does not extend to the watch strap, bracelet, finish and crystal.
- Not cover accident or abused.
Null and Void Warranty:
The Warranty will become null and void if Nuun Official Product is modified or altered, misused, abused, tampered with or taken apart, or if it is repaired by anyone other than Nuun Official or one of our authorized repair centers.
How to claim warranty?
To obtain warranty service, you must have proof of purchase ("receipt") and MUST be included in your request. First you must contact and bring the defective Products to our Authorized Nuun Official Dealer where you made your purchase or at email@example.com if you order from our website. Second, Nuun Official will verify your warranty validity. And if processed, the repair will be completed within 2-4 weeks. Please note there may be issues beyond our control, such as holidays, parts backorders or unique repairs that affect any repair or times.
For out-of-warranty work, an estimate as to cost and time will be provided, whereby approval and payment for such services must be obtained prior to processing any such request.
