Returns Policy

At Nuun Official, we are committed to the quality and craftsmanship of our watches. Our Returns Policy is designed to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

• Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product due to shipping or handling, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will take the responsibility for the shipping. Late reports will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. 
• Product Condition: For a return to be eligible, the watch must be unworn and include all original packaging, guarantee certificates, and instructions.
• Non-Refundable Items: Refunds are not accepted for change of mind, customs refusal or dissatisfaction with product aesthetics. We can consider an exchange for an item of equal value. If a refund is approved, the customer will be responsible for customs, shipping and restocking fees. 

Return Process

• Initiating a Return: Please fill out this "return form" within 3 days of receiving your product.

• Shipping the Product Back: After declaring your return, you have 7 days to send the product back via registered parcel, labeled as "watch for return" and valued at $100 USD.

Refund Process

• Inspection: We inspect all returned products upon receipt.
• Refund Approval: If the return is approved, a refund will be processed for damaged or defective products.  For a refund to be eligible, the watch must be unworn and include all original packaging, guarantee certificates, and instructions. If anything is amiss, there will be a charge that will be informed to the customer. 
• Refund Method: Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 14 days of return approval.

• We offer exchanges for different models or items of equal value.
